Bedroom 1

The largest bedroom is right next to the kitchen, with windows facing the street. It is also a good choice for a baby cot, as it is close to the common area of the house – handy during evening get-togethers. On the other hand, it is slightly less quiet than the back bedrooms, so it depends on what suits you best. The bedroom features a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables and a safe.

Bedroom 2

This bedroom connects through to bedroom 3 and offers a pleasant space with a window facing the courtyard. It has two single beds, a desk, a wardrobe and an armchair. It is ideal for children, friends or guests who don't mind the walk-through to the adjoining bedroom.

Bedroom 3

The quietest bedroom in the house offers pleasant privacy and a window overlooking the garden. It is ideal for guests who prefer extra peace and rest. It is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, an armchair and a bedside table.

Living area

The living room is a pleasant place for time together, relaxation and cosy evenings. It features a TV and a small library with an interesting selection of Czech and international authors, crime novels and cartoon collections. There are two comfortable sofas, two armchairs, plus board games, puzzles and cards for shared fun.

Kitchen and dining area

The kitchen is fully equipped for both short and longer stays, with plenty of room for cooking and dining together. Its centrepiece is a large dining table for 8. It features a gas hob, electric oven, cooker hood, dishwasher, sink, microwave, toaster, blender and a large fridge-freezer. Complete cookware, pots, bowls and kitchen utensils go without saying.

There is also a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, mugs, glasses, wine and champagne glasses, beer pints, a carafe, a glass jug, a drinks dispenser with a tap – great for summer garden parties – and a cocktail shaker. Guests will also find basics such as sugar, salt, pepper and teas. A first-aid kit is kept in the kitchen as well.

Bathroom, toilet and veranda

The bathroom has a washbasin, a shower and a washing machine. Laundry gel and soap are provided, and the shower includes a dispenser with quality shower gel and shampoo. A drying rack makes longer stays more convenient.

The toilet is separate, located on the veranda.

The veranda is spacious and connects the front and back of the house, with entrances from both the street and the garden. It holds a sofa, a shoe rack and the main power switch.
